We teach the craft, not the cockpit.

Novi exists because multidimensional modelling is hard. Teaching only our buttons would teach the easy part. The Hub teaches the part that actually moves the numbers, and most of it works whether or not you ever open Novi.

Vendor-neutral by design

Foundations and Masterclasses teach modelling, not menus. If you're still in Excel, the techniques pay off there first, and they're yours to take anywhere.

The product · prove it

Three levels. Earned, not attended.

Certification is about what you can build, not seat time. Each level is a portfolio bar: you demonstrate a model, you don't sit through a webinar. Recognised the way the rest of Novi is: on the merits.

Level I

Novi Adept

Reads, navigates and extends an existing model with confidence, and knows when a number can be trusted.

To earn it Demonstrate fluency in a model you didn't build.
Level II

Novi Modeller

Builds an integrated model end to end, from the three blocks, structurally sound and readable by the next person.

To earn it Submit a working model that stands on its own.
Level III

Novi Master Practitioner

Architects models for an organisation (across entities and scenarios) and mentors the people who run them.

To earn it Architect at scale, and defend your work to a panel.
