What this website collects, and what it doesn't.
We'd rather tell you exactly what we collect than bury it in ten pages of legalese.
This policy covers novi.fm, the website you're reading. It's a small site and the list is short: a form if you ask for early access, privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies, and (only with your consent) Google Analytics and Google Ads. You're in control: nothing that uses cookies runs until you accept, and you can change your mind any time from Cookie settings in the footer. The Novi product has its own, separate terms; for how we protect data inside the platform, see Security. Last updated 4 June 2026.
Who's responsible for your data.
The website novi.fm is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Novi", "we", "us"), registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [COUNTRY]. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. For anything here, including any request about your data, email hello@novi.fm and a person will answer.
One inbox, one human. Email us and someone reads it.
Five things, and the reason for each.
Here is everything the website collects, what we use it for, and the legal basis under the GDPR. If something isn't on this list, we don't collect it.
Early-access & newsletter signups
If you enter your email to request early access or updates, we pass it to Brevo (our email provider) and use it only to contact you about Novi. We don't sell it or use it for anything else, and every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe.
Privacy-friendly analytics
We use Plausible to understand which pages people read, in aggregate. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and never identifies you. It counts visits using an identifier that rotates daily and can't be traced back to a person. Because of that, it runs for everyone without asking.
Google Analytics & Ads
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs, including remarketing. These set cookies and are governed by Google Consent Mode: they stay off until you accept, and you can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings.
Your theme preference Stays on your device
When you switch between light and dark mode, we remember it in your browser's local storage so the site looks the way you left it. It never leaves your device, it isn't a cookie, and it's necessary for the feature you chose, so there's nothing to consent to.
Hosting & security logs
Our host, Microsoft Azure, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for short periods to keep the site available and to investigate problems or abuse. We don't use these to build a profile of you.
Your data, your call.
Under the GDPR you can, at any time:
- See what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Correct anything that's wrong, or delete it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Take it elsewhere: receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent you've given, without affecting anything before.
To exercise any of these, email hello@novi.fm. We respond within 30 days, and it's free.
We keep signup emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics is aggregate and not tied to you; logs and visitor data are kept only as long as the purpose above requires.
If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In [COUNTRY], that's the [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY]. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
When this changes, we'll say so.
If we add or remove a tool, or change how we use your data, we'll update this page and move the "last updated" date at the top. Changes to anything that needs your consent won't apply to data we already hold without asking you again. This policy was last updated on 4 June 2026.
Privacy shouldn't take a lawyer to read.
Got a question about your data?
Email us and a person, not a ticketing bot, will answer. Ask us anything about what we collect, or how to delete it.
